Delivery to parcel lockers (SmartPOST, Omniva, Unisend, Venipak, DPD)
We deliver goods across Estonia to the following parcel locker networks: SmartPOST, Omniva, Unisend, Venipak and DPD.
The delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be shown in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Parcel locker locations and loading schedules can be viewed on the websites of each delivery provider.
Orders from 30 € are delivered to parcel lockers free of charge.
Once the parcel arrives at the locker, the Customer will receive an SMS containing a unique door code. Instructions for opening the locker are displayed on the parcel terminal screen.
For orders containing alcoholic beverages, collection from parcel lockers is allowed between 10:00–22:00 (or until the closing time of the location). Age verification requires an ID card and PIN code.
Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for 7 working days.
Courier delivery (SmartKULLER, Venipak, DPD, Unisend)
When choosing SmartKULLER, Venipak, DPD or Unisend courier delivery, the delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be shown in the cart before completing the order.
The courier delivers the goods directly to the address specified in the order.
Before delivery, the courier contacts the Customer to arrange the exact delivery time.
Orders containing alcoholic beverages are handed over only to adults upon presenting a valid ID for age verification.
Delivery times
Typical delivery time is 2–4 working days if the product is in stock in Estonia.
If the product is not available locally or is shipped from a manufacturer’s or wholesaler’s warehouse, the delivery time may range from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on suppliers and product availability.
We do our best to ensure fast delivery. If the delivery time differs significantly, we will contact you directly.
